What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the details you give us about the job.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides privacy-friendly visitor statistics without cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes.
